Allows for remote idle control in any application using a capable aftermarket ECU. Simple 2 wire function means less I/O used than factory style idle motors. 

The Ford 2-wire Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) is a pulse-width modulated (PMW) solenoid used to modulate engine idle speed by bypassing air around the closed throttle plate.
