This goes where the front lower core support (near the front tension rod bracket) and holds the radiator in place so that it minimizes vibration and secures it in place.  Some cars have feet that are old and brittle.  Another great way to make sure the radiator has proper support and can provide consistent cooling.  Attaches on the lower "pins" of the radiator core.
